CAFE Welcomes Krista Lee Hynes to the Board of Directors

The Canadian Association for Financial Empowerment (CAFE-ACAF.org) is pleased to announce the appointment of Krista Lee Hynes, to its Board of Directors for the 2025–2029 term.

Krista is the founder of Ignite Financial Solutions Inc. a Certified Financial Planner, CAFE Certified, and holds deep roots in Newfoundland and Labrador, where she serves a broad range of community needs. She recently earned her certification through CAFE, reinforcing her longstanding commitment to ethical, client-first financial guidance. With a practice grounded in clarity, strategy, and respect, Krista has guided individuals and families through some of life’s most complex financial crossroads with integrity and measurable impact.

Her appointment reflects a broader evolution within CAFE: one focused on elevating leaders who not only serve at the community level, but who bring governance insight and sectoral courage to help build a more resilient industry.
