AFCC® Group CEU Pre-Approval Form
Pre-Approval submission of Group Continuing Education Units for AFCC® Submitted programs must pertain to one or more of the AFCC® Core Competencies and must enhance a professionals' ability and expertise.
The Approval Process(Required)
Submit the CEU Pre-Approval Form completing all required fields. OACCS will review the request, modify if necessary, and either approve, reject or request more information for your submission. You will receive an email from info@financialfitness.ca with the final determination. Following the event, each professional must submit an individual CEU form via their AFCC Profile Dashboard at MyAFCPE.org. NOTE: Please include your preferred Completion Code on the form. Professionals who participate in your program will be required to submit the completion code as proof of participation. It is recommended to place the completion code on the last slide of your webinar or presentation. Otherwise, only provide the attendees with the completion code once they have completed the session. It is the sponsors responsibility to provide the completion code to the AFCC® attendees.
